The retail price is normally £69,000 inc VAT. We have one reduced to only £32,000, inc VAT and fitting (within a 50 mile radius of our offices in London). If you live more than 50 mile radius away, then fitting is by negotiation after that.
A stand alone unit, with perimeter coloured LED lighting. Its size is W3000mm x L4000mm x H2800mm. You could add infra red heaters and this bioclimatic pergola will become a 52 week a year room. No planning permission required to erect this in your garden as its considered a temporary construction.

This is our premium bioclimatic pergola with a retractable roof. The roof, the lifting glass wall, and the motorised roller blind (with the viewing panel) all have Somfy motors. There is a 3 year warranty.
On one side it has a lifting glass wall in 3 parts. There is a fixed aluminium louvred wall at one end, and it does not open. The other end has a motorised roller blind that has a clear PVC viewing panel. The 4th side has a manually operated, lockable, wall of sliding glass door.
Surrounding all 4 sides are LED lights, white, red green and blue.
The pergola has full drainage. To make it an all-year-round room, why not install infrared heaters.
